In the event that we as Kenyada Workwear, make any changes or cancelations to your order(s), we will attempt to contact and notify you using the email address or contact details you provided at the time the order was made.

All the products displayed on our online store catalogue are subject to availability. Kenyada Workwear reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product specifications such as, but not limited to, design, colour and fabric.

We strongly advise that you logout of your profile once you have completed making your purchase, especially if you are making use of a shared device.

Product:

We continuously aim to achieve great customer satisfaction where our products and services are concerned however, we cannot guarantee that the quality of our products, services, fabric and information will meet your expectations. Although we do our best to ensure that we make use of the most optimal fabric, there may be slight differences in the color, thickness or weight between the various batches.

Product Display:

Kenyada Workwear continuously makes every possible effort to display the colours, sizes, style variations, shapes and looks of our garments on our website and social media platforms, as accurately as possible. Kindly note that the colours may appear slightly different on various devices due to different display settings. As we cannot guarantee that it will be displayed accurately on the device you use to access the site, Kenyada Workwear cannot be held liable for colours that appear different.

Pricing:

The prices reflected on our online store only apply to the garments and are not inclusive of the delivery fee.

A standard delivery fee is charged per order and will be reflected upon checking out.

We reserve the right to change the prices without notice.

Kenyada Workwear shall not be liable to you or any third party for any alterations made to the prices.

Shipping:

All our deliveries are made through registered third party courier companies. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Your shipping address will assist with determining the shipping methods available to you. The options include PEP Taxi, Pudo (Locker to Locker and Locker to Door), as well as standard and priority Courier Guy delivery options. Please note that a valid street address is essential for deliveries and we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

In the event that you opt for the door-to-door delivery, it will be your responsibility to ensure that someone will be available to receive the parcel at the chosen location i.e. home or work. Additional charges may apply if another delivery has to be made because no one was present to receive the parcel upon the initial delivery.

Kenyada Workwear cannot confirm the delivery time however, you will be able to track your parcel for the delivery date.

Once the order(s) have been shipped, you will not be able to change the delivery address.

We shall not be held liable for the loss of parcels that are as a result of the customer having provided the incorrect delivery address.

Kindly note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
