Exchange and Return Policy

The Kenyada Workwear Exchange and Return Policy does not cover any damages that are a result of wear and tear, or accidental damages that may have taken place after the item(s) were delivered.
Please be sure to take a look at the condition of the item(s) you have received and inform us of any defects, within 3 working days of receiving your parcel. This also applies to you receiving the incorrect order. In the unlikely event that you have received incorrect or defected item(s), we will be more than happy to replace or refund it, at no additional cost to you.

Kindly ensure that you select the correct size, using our sizing guide.

We currently only accept exchanges or returns under the following conditions:
– Defected/damaged items were sent to the customer.
– Incorrect item(s) were sent to the customer.
– The garment(s) have not been used, worn or washed.
– The garment(s) have not been altered or customised.
– The item(s) were not damaged by the customer. This includes damage as a result of accidental or negligent acts.
– The return or exchange request is made within 3 working days, from when the parcel was received.

Kenyada Workwear reserves the right to reject or return items that do not meet these conditions. Please ensure that you follow the correct steps to enquire about the validity of an exchange or return claim.

Due to the nature of having a business model that is centered around making items to order and not mass production, we unfortunately cannot accept exchanges or returns that do not meet the above conditions. Some of our items are personalised with embroidery that cannot be removed, making it difficult to sell the item(s) to another customer. With this business model, we aim to contribute towards reducing environmental risks and being as sustainable as possible, by reducing unnecessary waste.

Exchange & Return Process

Follow the below process for all exchange or return claims:

Step 1:

Send an email with the details around the issue(s) found to info@kenyadaworkwear.co.za, within 3 working days of receiving the package.

Step 2:

Once we have approved the claim, we will liaise with the third party courier company to collect the garment(s) from you, at no additional cost to yourself.
Please ensure that the garment(s) are safely packed in their original state and packaging. The item(s) must be clean, unused, unwashed and unworn.
Kenyada Workwear reserves the right to reject or return any item(s) that do not meet these conditions. As such, we will not be able to process the claim(s).

Step 3:

Upon receiving the parcel, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above mentioned conditions. In the event that the damage is minor and correctable, Kenyada Workwear reserves the right to correct it instead of replacing the garment.

The extent of the damage(s), will determine whether we correct them or replace the garment with a new one. In the event that you would prefer a refund, we will process it. Please note that refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process. Kenyada Workwear cannot be held liable for any additional charges or delays caused by the banks.
