You have the option of mixing two different sizes when ordering a set(s), e.g. a medium top with large pants.

You will be required to contact us via email with the details pertaining to the amendment, within 24 hours. No amendments can be made after 24 hours from when the order was placed.
Yes. You can track your order on the third-party Courier Company’s website. Once your order has been sent out for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your parcel on the Courier Company’s website.
Once you have checked out and the payment has been made, our system automatically sends you the confirmation mail. If you are not seeing it in your Inbox, take a look at your Spam, Junk or Promotion folders.
Yes.
Indicate the name or phrase you would like to be embroidered under the ‘Embroidery’ section when placing your order. Ensure that the capitalisation, punctuation marks and wording are exactly the way you would like them to appear on your garment. Please upload your logo in high-resolution/high quality formats like JPEG, PNG or PDF, under the ‘Logo Embroidery’ section.
For aprons, kindly indicate the desired name or phrase you would like to be embroidered on your garment, e.g. Odirile, Mrs Moagi or From Miss to Mrs. This will be positioned on the top center part of your garment.
For scrubs, kindly indicate the title, initials and surname you would like to be embroidered on your garment, e.g. Dr E.N Moagi or RN E.N Moagi. This will be positioned right above the top pocket while logs are positioned on the top pocket.
Please note that for the black, grey, khaki, navy blue and indigo denim aprons, as well as the scrub tops, the default colour is white. For the Makoti aprons with the African print fabric, the embroidery colour will match the main color of the print fabric.
Embroidery production lead time is up to 5 working days and up to 8 working days for bulk orders. Pricing is R70 per garment and for logos, a once-off digitization fee of R230 will be applied.

We value quality and your comfort is of utmost importance to us. As such, all the fabric we use is both breathable and durable.
All our garments, excluding the leather detailing on certain aprons, are machine and hand washable in cold water, with a mild detergent.
Wash with like colors and warm iron.
Only use non-chlorine bleach when necessary.
The leather detailing is detachable and should be detached before machine washing the garment.
Do not machine wash or hand wash the leather. Gently wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Yes.
We use a third-party Online Payment Gateway called ‘Yoco’. Yoco has been certified by MasterCard as well as VISA, and it is fully PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant. All the online payments are backed by 3D Secure and the payment information is encrypted.
We accept all MasterCard and VISA debit and credit cards, issued by any bank. We also accept payments by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
We unfortunately do not accept cash on delivery.
All our garments are locally manufactured. We have a standard production lead time of up to 10 working days as the garments are made to order and not mass produced. For bulk orders, our production lead time is up to 20 working days.
With the aim of contributing towards reducing environmental risks and being as sustainable as possible, our products are made to order and not mass produced, thus reducing unnecessary waste.
Personalised embroidery may add up to 5 working days to your order. For bulk orders, personalised embroidery may add up to 8 working days.
External factors such as extended load shedding and shipment delays of fabric may extend the lead time however, such delays will be communicated during those rare occasions.
Deliveries are made via a third-party courier company. Once your order is ready and has been sent out for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select.
Kindly note that we will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of the customer inputting the incorrect address or the customer’s inability to be present during delivery.
Once the order has been sent out for delivery, the customer will be responsible for tracking the parcel.
We have a few shipping options to select from. Different rates are applicable to the different options and you will be able to select the option most suitable to you. Your shipping address will assist with determining the shipping methods available to you.
We offer nationwide delivery, across all the corners of South Africa.
Exchanges and returns are only permissible for defected or incorrect garments.
Please be sure to take a look at the condition of the item(s) you have received and inform us of any defects, within 3 working days of receiving your parcel. This also applies to you receiving the incorrect order. In the unlikely event that you have received incorrect or defected item(s), we will be more than happy to replace or refund it, at no additional cost to you.
